Hello!
July??? What??? I find myself mixing up the months....days just running together in rapid succession. With the social isolation over the past 4 months, people are struggling even more with maintaining and building healthy relationships. Marriages and friendships across all age groups are strained or have ended.
Think of a relationship that is important to you or your child that needs a little help at the moment. Or maybe you or your child are feeling isolated and wonder why people do not seem to like you. Click the links below for practical, step-by-step ideas that you can teach your child or try yourself to really help improve things!
I wish you healthy times with those you love in the days ahead.
All my best,
Dr. Pam McCaskill
