Celebrate Our 6th Annual Global Fest!

The city of Aurora and BOK Financial come together to celebrate what makes Aurora one of the most diverse cities in America: the people!

This year presents a great summer multicultural experience that includes musical and dance performances, a fashion show, parade of nations, an international marketplace, food, vendors and a beer garden.

Mark your calendars to join the community for a day of cultural festivities and fun for all ages on Saturday, Aug. 17 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Make Your Mark on the Recreation Center in Southeast Aurora!

Join us on Aug. 14 for the next meeting of the public input process for the new recreation center in southeast Aurora. Vote on the center’s proposed conceptual program diagrams of the site and details from the first two meetings.

All are welcome to attend and stop by anytime between 6 and 8 p.m. at Infinity Middle School . Light refreshments will be served and activities will be offered for children.

Mulch Day!

All good things must come to an end even Free Mulch Day!

Saturday, Aug. 17 from
8 a.m. to noon (while supplies last) bring a pick-up truck or open trailer and we'll load it full of mulch for free!

Mulch will be available near the intersection of East Hampden Avenue and Dawson Street. Enter via the west side of Dawson Street and follow the signs.
