Membership Meetings: UNDERSTANDING THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PAYMENT PROTECTION ACT
Join ABC at our first Membership Meetings of 2020 as we welcome J. Wallace Irvin (Wally), Attorney at Law with Lewis Thomason. 

ABC has been involved in negotiations surrounding the formerly known 'pay if paid' legislation over the course of 2019. Join us as we educate our members on the new industry association supported legislation to be introduced in it's place, the Construction Industry Payment Protection Act (CIPPA ). 
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
With the 2020 National Convention being held in Nashville, our chapter has been asked to assist with building and executing some components of the event.

Help is needed with craft competition judging, materials, manual labor, registration, and beyond. If you or your company can contribute in any of these areas, please follow the links below.

To Run for County Commission
Denark Construction's Grant Rosenburg will run for County Commission - District 2 in the March 3rd Knox County Republican Primary. Denark joined ABC in 2019 with Grant becoming an East Tennessee Regional Council Member.

District 2 covers the areas of Fountain City and Whittle Springs.
