ArtsOC Launches Relief Fund for Arts & Arts Organizations 

Arts Orange County has officially launched, with our partners Orange County Community Foundation and Charitable Ventures, a COVID-19 relief fund for artists and arts organizations in Orange County, having raised over $150,000 toward our goal of $500,000. The OC Arts and Culture Resilience Fund is open for grant applications and for donations. You may read our case statement, access grant guidelines and applications, and help us reach our goal through a contribution of any size here.
Name Being Removed from Fullerton's Auditorium 

"The Fullerton Joint Union High School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously on June 16, to remove Louis E. Plummer's name from the Plummer Auditorium in Fullerton amid evidence that Plummer was a member of the Ku Klux Klan in the 1920s. The community and school board were made aware of his past in an online petition started by Fullerton resident Jacqueline Logwood that gathered over 27,000 signatures." Read more here.
