I am so very excited for Holy Week Worship! For the first time in my life, I will get to see a live donkey parade with us and our palm branches. We have a prayer vigil and a stations of the cross designed for Good Friday. Easter will resound with hope and resurrection. I am so grateful to announce details of Holy week and Hybrid worship below. After Holy Week, we will also begin a “hybrid” model of worship where we have both online on Sundays at 9 AM and in person worship in the CLC (limit to 160 people) at 10:30 AM on Sundays and 6 PM on Wednesdays. If you plan to worship in person, sign-up is required. We also ask that if you have any ill symptoms or were potentially exposed to someone with Covid to remain home and enjoy the worship online. |

The first in-person worship will begin on Wednesday April 7th at 6 PM and Sunday April 11th at 10:30 AM. The Resurrection team has crafted a Guidelines for indoor worship. They may be found in this link:

Some of the guidelines to highlight: no food shared, masks mandated, no singing. Communion to go will be available. These safety measures are to protect all of us as there are still variant strains in the community and not everyone is vaccinated. These guidelines were recommended by the Resurrection Team, Approved by the Board and will be carried out by the Worship Committee, Technology Team and Staff.
Here is the schedule for Holy Week and Hybrid Worship
Palm Sunday:
- 9 AM Online Worship with Holy Communion
- 10:30 AM Outdoor Worship in the Parking Lot. This service includes a live donkey and palm parade. You may choose to sit in your car or in a chair outside of your vehicle. This worship includes Holy Communion.
Maundy Thursday: 7 PM online worship with Holy Communion
Good Friday: 7 PM online Worship
Good Friday also includes two special in-person events:

Stations of the Cross in the CLC Noon-6 PM
(Sign-up for both these events will be made available in an upcoming e-blast)
Easter Sunday:
- 9 AM Online Worship with Holy Communion

Hybrid Worship:
- Wednesdays at 6 PM beginning on April 7th
- Sundays 9 AM online pre-recorded
- 10:30 AM in CLC beginning April 11th
*Special Note: That on Sunday April 18th there will be two in person worship services to accommodate for the Affirmation of Baptism of our 10th grade Confirmation class.

Preschool Open Play at OSLC
Kids and their parents or grandparents can come and play in the Community Life Center (CLC). We will have some large motor play items, a craft and prepackaged snack and bottled water available. Parents please wear your mask. Enter at the front doors by the blossom sculpture.

Free Spring Classes for older adults!
The Faith Community Nurse Network is offering some wonderful classes this spring! (see list below) For more information or if you would like help signing up let me know! nurse@oslcstillwater.org
We are excited to announce that Faith Community Nurse Network will be offering evidence-based health promotion workshops for older adults this spring. These workshops will address living with chronic health conditions and preventing falls. The courses will be taught by Faith Community Nurses or other trained health professionals either online, via Zoom, or by self-learning modules with support through "party line" telephone meetings. This is a great way for senior citizens to engage in Covid safe social gatherings and improve mental and physical well-being. There is no charge to participate in these workshops.
