The Road to Finals
As we approach finals and the semester winds down, find some time to kick back and relax. This semester USI is offering some new and exciting campus programs offered by the University's offices. Academic Skills
Tutoring services will be available in Academic Skills (ED 1111) for walk-in assistance from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on December 6-9. Tutoring ends at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 10.

TimelyCare App
At the end of November 2021, Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS), will add another online service to its toolbox for students: TimelyCare, which will allow USI students to access on-demand mental health support, as well as appointment-based mental health telecounseling and health coaching from licensed physicians and counselors, at no cost to the student.
Munch Money Special
USI Dining is running a Munch Money pecial beginning Cyber Monday, November 29 through Friday, December 3. A $50 minimum deposit is required to receive the additional munch money; a 25% bonus that will be added manually after purchase.

Spring Bill and Payment Schedule
Spring Semester billing notices will be generated during the first week of December and payment is due by January 14, 2022.

Monthly student billing statements are sent by email to your USI email and their authorized users when there is a balance due.

Enroll early in a spring payment plan to divide your student account balance into interest-free, monthly installments.
 
Students experiencing financial hardship should complete a Financial Care Team referral
On-Campus Housing Information
Winter Break Information
University housing is closed to residents from 6 p.m. December 17, 2021, through January 6, 2022.

Students wishing to stay during the winter break period must sign up online by December 10, 2021 and provide a compelling reason for needing to remain in housing during the break period. Approvals have included requests such as involvement in University-sponsored events and international residency. Any resident approved to stay over the break will be charged $150.

Textbooks and Campus Store
Place a Textbook Order Online
Students can order textbooks and course materials starting December 1 through the Campus Store website. Enter your course and section number to view the materials for each class. Packages will begin shipping out the week of December 13. Free in-store pickup is available.
