Sunday School: Paul's Letters
More letters from Paul! 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians and 1 and 2 Thessalonians, 1 and 2 Timothy, Titus and Philemon…No, we won’t attempt to cover all these in one Sunday (after all Paul didn't write them in one day). Over the next couple of Sundays, we will read through these letters and map Paul's travels. We’ll talk about his life, his commitment to the Church, his perspectives, teaching and encouraging words in good times and bad. As we conclude our study of Paul’s letters, we will write our own encouraging letter to the Church.

Youth Group: Game Night
Bring a favorite board game or card game to share with your friends, or just show up ready to play fun games. We'll have some new games to try, as well as some old favorites. This should be a great night of fellowship.

Sunday School: Paul's Letters
We'll continue exploring the letters of Paul this week. This will be a short class, because it's Youth Sunday, so we'll all head upstairs by 10:00 to get ourselves ready to usher and lead worship.

Sunday School: Harry Potter and Faith Formation
Come join us in the fellowship hall for an intergenerational event to explore connections between the world of Harry Potter and themes we encounter in the Bible and theology.

CPC Talent, Eats, and Auction

The Youth of CPC invite you to enjoy an evening of fellowship, entertainment and good eats with our congregation! Please join us on Sunday, March 22 at 5PM for a pizza dinner, creative talent, delicious homemade treats and exciting auction items at our CPC Talent Show, Bake Sale & Silent Auction.

Proceeds from this exciting event will help fund opportunities for our youth to experience Massanetta, Montreat and ASP.

Parents and Youth: We'll be in touch as March 22nd draws near to let you know how you can help with this important event. We hope to put on a great event for the entire congregation that raises excitement and additional funding for Youth Trips.

Talent Show & Bake Sale
Please see the SignUpGenius link below to sign up for the Talent Show and/or Bake Sale. Please contact Sheila Cain with any questions.

Silent Auction
Congregation members are invited to consider donating items for this auction. This would be items of value that others will want to bid on.  Suggestions:  These could be retail items, gift certificates, accommodations, or valuable collectibles. This could also be something related to a side business (babysitting), hobby, or a creative experience that has tangible value.

In addition to encouraging everyone to offer items for the auction, we also ask you attend the event and bid generously on any items you would like to win. Your generosity can really make this a special night!

Please contact Shane Pierce by email  shanewolf@yahoo.com  with any items you’d like to offer by Sunday, March 8th, so auction forms can be created and pickup scheduled (if needed). Please include an item description and true retail value. You may also call Shane at 919-339-8723 with details or questions.

Thanks for your support and we look forward to seeing you on March 22!
