Person Centered Planning Pt. 2, FtoFN, 7/29/2020

This workshop will explain and give you practice using Charting the LifeCourse tools to create a person-centered plan for a good life, to help you, your son or daughter, or other family member, pursue their life goals, whatever they are. These tools can be used to support children and adults of all ages and abilities, in any family and system.
