Alumni Spotlight

Katrina Ponti, a historian and 2015 graduate of Millersville University, says that learning she was a recipient of a Fulbright grant was surreal. She plans to use her Fulbright grant to support research with the University of Victoria in Victoria, British Colombia, in Canada for her dissertation project titled, “Agents of Exchange: American Public Diplomats in Foreign Affairs: 1783-1818.

Thanks to the Generosity of Over 160 Alumni and Friends
Construction Underway for Divine Nine and Cultural Greek Council
Unity Plots on Memorial Walkway
Thanks to the generosity of over 160 alumni and friends, construction of the Divine Nine and Cultural Greek Council Unity Plots, a walkway that includes 12 spaces representing the traditional Black Greek lettered organizations and other Latinx fraternities and sororities, is underway on Millersville University’s campus. Work on the walkway, located along Shenks Lane near the Student Memorial Center, will continue through the fall semester.

Football Wall of Honor

The Millersville University Football Wall of Honor, established in 2020, has been created to celebrate the individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the rich history of the Marauders football program. The inaugural class, which will be announced in November 2020, will include those who were previously selected to the Millersville University Athletics Hall of Fame as well as individuals selected through a voting process.

A celebration for the unveiling of the Wall of Honor is planned for the spring of 2021.

Can You Believe This Happened at Millersville?!: Trivia Night
You can’t make this stuff up! This virtual compilation of funny and unusual stories showcasing student behaviors from the 1800s to today. Will you be able to guess which stories are real and which ones are made-up? Go head-to-head with your fellow alumni in this live trivia game! Share your stories, see how well you know Millersville's, and compete for the grand prize!

This is the first of several events in a series called Millersville Below Deck, which will present the lesser known or untold stories of Millersville.

Submit your favorite seasonal cookie (or other small sweet treat) recipe to the Office of Alumni Engagement by December 1 to be included in the first edition of our holiday cookbook!

  • Baking instructions (temperature, assembly steps, bake time, decorating tips!)

Holiday 'VILLEage: Alumni House Tour

Do you decorate your house with festive cheer for the holiday season? Wouldn't you love to share your spirit with your Millersville family? Then join fellow alumni in submitting your home for the Holiday 'VILLEage: Alumni House Tour!

Provide us with your address and we'll create a downloadable map that will allow alumni to admire your holiday spirit from the safety of their vehicles. We'll also provide you with a lawn sign to indicate you're a "stop" on the tour!
