Co-Associate Principals' Message
Hello Dons,

It's hard to believe that we are closing out the month of October and approaching the holiday season!  We have enjoyed the first few months of school serving our Dons community. We are proud to show off our BLUE around town. Especially after some BIG sports wins this past week against Campolindo!

This has been an exciting month for our Dons, including a special visit and performance from the United States Marine Band. The Marine Band is America's oldest continuously active professional musical organization. It was founded in 1798 and has performed for every U.S. President since John Adams.  It was truly an honor to have Acalanes as a part of their West Coast Tour.

Many seniors are making progress or have completed their college applications and may soon be taking some big sighs of relief as plans for after high school begin to solidify.

We hope that you had a chance to come and see our band performance a few weeks ago; it was a wonderful walk through the movies with theme songs. Also, we sincerely hope to see you Tuesday at our APC hosted Vaping Educational Night which will contain helpful information for our AHS families.

Associate Principals,
Andrea Powers & Mike Plant
