Update on Head Search: Finalist Interviews Completed
Dear CSS Community,
Thank you for your amazing participation in The Colorado Springs School's Head of School Search. Your questions and feedback have been invaluable to the search committee. The winter weather during the past two weeks provided an additional challenge, but our community proved to be flexible and gracious hosts in showcasing the school.
Our fourth finalist candidate who was scheduled to visit February 18-19, 2020, has made the decision to stay at his current school and has withdrawn from the search.
The search committee will now begin our deliberation process. This includes reviewing all feedback forms including emails sent to
[email protected] and performing reference checks.
Once this information has been gathered and reviewed by all members of the search committee, we will meet to determine which of our three highly qualified candidates aligns best with the goals and aspirations of The Colorado Springs School. Our recommendation will go to a board vote and an offer will be made to the selected candidate.
We are excited to make our selection and make our announcement to the community. Please be patient with our process and look for more information in the coming weeks.
