A SentriLock billing reminder was sent out this week on March 23, 2021. Here is the schedule for the remainder of SentriLock billing reminders and due dates:
A postcard reminder will be sent to unpaid agents on Thursday, April 29, 2021.
The email being sent to the agents on March 23, 2021, April 13, 2021 and April 27, 2021, will read as follows: Your SentriLock fees for 2021 are now due.
Your SentriLock fees total $100.20 are due by Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
Suspend date for non-paying agents is Thursday, May 13, 2021. A reactivation fee will be added to any unpaid bills on this date. The reactivation fee is $58.02.

Eviction Moratorium

The Centers for Disease Control announced it is extending by an additional three months—through June 30—its nationwide eviction moratorium, a measure that has come under increased scrutiny recently. The moratorium prohibits housing providers from evicting tenants who are unable to pay their rent due to financial hardship from the COVID-19 pandemic. |

Today marks a big legislative win for the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. Colorado’s policymakers introduced a proposal that would allow inclusionary zoning practices and open the door to rent control at the local level. CAR successfully amended the bill to clarify that a local government cannot enact rent control policies on existing units. As REALTORS® know, our state struggles to find sufficient housing inventory to meet consumer’s growing needs. |
