Mika Morikawa, Administrative Officer, Department of Cultures, Societies, and Global Studies & Center for International Affairs and World Cultures, has won an Emerging Scholar award from the Organizational Studies Research Network. The Emerging Scholar Award provides a strong professional development opportunity for early career academics—meeting experts in the field, interacting with colleagues from other parts of the world, and creating networks and lasting connections. Awardees are invited to attend the conference to be held in January in New Zealand to present their work and play a critical organizational role in the conference.

Gideon Klein Project and Holocaust Archives Student Presentations

As part of the 2020 Holocaust and Genocide Awareness Week, we will screen two student presentations: The 2019-2020 Gideon Klein project which is an original animated film based on a children's book, The Children's Tree of Terezin; and a presentation from and about the Northeastern Holocaust Awareness Archives.
