ATCA Annual Has MOVED!
ATCA Annual is NO LONGER at the Gaylord Hotel at National Harbor.
The ATCA Annual Exhibit Hall and General Sessions are now located at the
Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Hall C (
801 Mount Vernon Place NW, Washington, DC) and the Awards Lunch, Gilbert Banquet, and Women in Aviation Breakfast are now located in our new Headquarters hotel, the
Marriott Marquis in Washington, DC (
901 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001). The hotel and convention center are just across the street from each other and have direct underground access.

EARLIER
Opening Hours: Based on many Exhibitor requests, we have placed the General Session Theater inside the Exhibit Hall. This means the Hall will open earlier to allow attendees access to the theater. As such, for 2019, the Exhibit hall will open at 8 a.m. Monday and Tuesday, and 9 a.m. on Wednesday.

Hotel Reservations for the ATCA Annual Conference should be made ONLY through our ATCA Annual website or directly with the hotel. If you receive a call from any individual(s) stating they represent or have partnered with ATCA Housing/Annual Conference,
DO NOT book with them. They are NOT affiliated with ATCA and DO NOT represent nor are connected with the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC
. Reservations can solely be made through the ATCA website or by calling Marriott Marquis Washington, DC Event Manager/Group Reservationist.
Attendee Lists: ATCA does not provide or sell any Attendee list or information that includes detailed contact information, such as address, phone, or email address for its attendees. It is critical that all ATCA Annual exhibitors and attendees support ATCA by reserving their rooms in the official room block at the headquarters hotel: the
Marriott Marquis Washington, DC.
ATCA receives a significant incentive toward convention expenses based upon the number of attendees staying overnight at the headquarters hotel for the event. If you stay in hotels other than the headquarters hotel, or book your room at the Marriott Marquis outside ATCA's official block, your attendance does not count toward our incentive. By booking your room in the headquarters hotel, not only are you saving time and convenience being onsite, but you help keep registration fees as low as possible from the lowered event costs to ATCA.

With ATCA's move to the Washington Convention Center, some of the standard sponsorship opportunities from previous years will not be available. These will be replaced with new, unique opportunities.

Sponsorships Ending: ATCA Annual will no longer hand out Event bags. Exhibitors are welcome to prepare their own bags for booth visitors. Other sponsorships ending include: column wraps, aisle signs, and bag inserts.

Digital video wall, coffee backpack dispensers at Registration, escalator handrails at Hall entrance, portable power banks for mobile device recharging, and water cooler covers.

Secure Meeting Room Rentals Now!

Meeting rooms are now available to rent to exhibitors and sponsors at the Washington Convention Center and/or the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC. The 2019 ATCA Annual Meeting Room Rental Packet lists all offerings.
