International Film Series
The Office of International Affairs collaborates with the Gateway Film Center to host a monthly international film series. Students have the chance to view films from around the world for free! The next film will be Honeyland, which tells the story of the last female beehunter in Europe, who must save the bees and return the natural balance in Honeyland. The film shown on Wednesday, August 28 at 7 p.m. at the Gateway Film Center. Admission is FREE for students with a BuckID and offered at regular price to the public. Join the English Conversation Program
International and American students have the opportunity to expand their worldviews, improve their intercultural communication skills and make friends from different cultural backgrounds. Students will be put in groups of five or six based on their availability and diversity of background to meet throughout the semester for the purpose of having great conversations and experiences.

Ride Motorized Scooters Safely
Ohio State's Transportation and Traffic Management wants to alert students who choose to ride motorized scooters on campus that users need to follow the rules of the road, including:
  • Obeying traffic signs and signals
  • Not riding on sidewalks (including on the Oval)
  • Not wearing headphones while operating the scooter
The complete rules are available online as well as safety tips and parking guidelines.
