SCS Employees,
This Friday, August 23, will be our second pay date of the new school year, and once again we have a significant increase in the number of paychecks being processed.
This pay period will include all of our 10-month hourly employees who started on or after August 5.
Just as we did last pay period, we are taking some proactive steps to ensure everyone's pay is accurate.
Please help us avoid pay discrepancies by logging into your
Employee Portal
and reviewing your pay early.
Pay information will be available to view beginning Wednesday, August 21, at 8 a.m.
If you identify any discrepancies, please report them by 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 22,
to ensure corrections can be processed before pay is issued on Friday.
Please Note:
- The August 23 pay period includes days worked August 5 - 16.
- Although you can view your pay early, actual checks and direct deposits will not be available until Friday.
Accessing the Employee Portal:
- Access the Employee Portal and instructions for logging in HERE.
- If you have any trouble logging in, contact the IT Help Desk at 416-2700, Option 5.
