City of Long Branch
NJHCN Funder: New Jersey Department of Health
With the support of funders and state and local community partners, the City of Long Branch conducted an audit of the boardwalk and identified ways to make it more appealing for residents and visitors to go on walks, runs and bike rides by the beach. “We believe these are great opportunities for improving our community and look forward to bringing this vision to life in the future.

Borough of Lincoln Park
NJHCN Funder: Atlantic Health System
With support from Atlantic Health System and the NJ Pandemic Relief Fund, along with community partners (Lincoln Park Food Pantry, Shoprite, school Principals), the Borough of Lincoln Park has awarded gift cards to 26 local families. We couldn’t have the impact on population health in Lincoln Park without the generous support from the Chilton Medical Center and the Atlantic Health System. They are truly the best partners!
