As we prepare for the April 30th launch of our new online, self-service permitting system, we want to help you prepare as well. You now may get a sneak peek at some of the most common uses of the system by viewing our tutorials. Hopefully you are now aware, the new self-service technology will allow developer teams and permit applicants to register an account to apply for permits, schedule inspections, track the project status, add users to projects, and much more.

We want to remind you that the self-service function will only be available for new permits filed once the system goes live on April 30. We will handle existing permits in process before April 30 the same way as they are now. Here's how things will work:
