Every student enrolled at Nancy Chippendale's Dance Studios must have a credit card and corresponding
Credit Card Authorization Form on file.
Monthly tuition for ALL students will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the 1st of each month. If you haven't set up automatic credit card billing yet for the 2019-2020 season, please follow the steps below as soon as possible:
1) Store Your Credit Card on File
-Call Front Desk (978) 685-5533 - hours listed at bottom of email
OR
-Visit Front Desk
2) Submit your Credit Card Authorization Form
-Click the button below to fill out our electronic form
Returning students who would like to use the same credit card as last season do NOT need to store their card on file again, but DO need to submit a new Credit Card Authorization Form.
Do NOT email your credit card number.

RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
COSTUME PAYMENTS | DUE OCTOBER 15TH
|
|
For those who have Automatic Billing already set up, your credit card on file will be charged for all costume payments between
October 15th - October 31st. If you do not have Automatic Billing set up by October 15th, you will need to pay for costumes manually at the front desk no later than October 15th in the form of cash, check, or credit card to avoid late fees.
Recreational Costume Payments are $65 per dance style and are non-refundable, therefore dance schedules must also be finalized by October 15th. Dancers who drop certain dance styles or withdraw from the program after October 15th will forfeit their Costume Payment AND any/all costumes. Please reference the
2019-2020 Dancer Handbook for additional information regarding Recreational Costume Payments and amounts. You received your
2019-2020 Dancer Handbook via email upon registration and it is available
on our website or via the button below.

RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
SCHEDULE CHANGE DEADLINE - OCTOBER 15TH
|
|
The last day to add or drop classes for our Recreational Recital Program is Tuesday, October 15, 2019. After October 15th, all dancers will be measured for costumes and placed in choreography. Dancers will perform one (1) recital dance for each dance style they are enrolled. If you would like to make a schedule change, please click the button below to Request A Schedule Change on or before October 15th.

TECHNIQUE PROGRAM | SCHEDULE CHANGES
|
|
The Technique Program schedule changes will operate on a trimester schedule.
1st Trimester: September 7, 2019 - November 30, 2019
2nd Trimester: December 1, 2019 - February 29, 2020
3rd Trimester: March 1, 2020 - May 9, 2020
Technique Program schedule changes will be allowed throughout the season, but will not be effective until the start of the next trimester. Please adhere to the deadlines below when requesting a technique class schedule change.
Requests Submitted August 1 - August 15 | Effective September 7th
Requests Submitted August 16 - November 15 | Effective December 1st
Requests Submitted November 16 - February 15 | Effective March 1st
Requests Submitted February 16 - May 9 | Will not be accepted

IT'S FRIEND CHIPP WEEK - OCTOBER 7TH - 12TH
|
|
It's Friend CHIPP Week at Nancy Chippendale's and we want to share all the fun we have in class with your dancer's friends. All of our Recreational Recital Program students are invited to bring a friend to dance class October 7th -12th. Your dancer's friend does not need dance shoes to participate and is welcome to take part in all of your dancer's classes throughout the week.
Please send the link below to the parents of the child who will be attending with your dancer, as pre-registration is required. The parent of the child who will be attending class with your CHIPPS dancer needs to fill out the form, as there is a liability form that must be signed prior to taking class.

PARKING LOT TRAFFIC PATTERN
|
The studio parking lot is a ONE-WAY traffic pattern. Upon entering the parking lot, traffic should rotate in a counter-clockwise direction only. It is imperative that all drivers follow this traffic pattern and proceed with caution as failure to do so could result in the serious injury of a child. Parking lot safety is more important than getting your children into class on time.
