In order for a student to return to school after having a fever they must be fever-free for 24 hours without medication before they are allowed to return to school. Also, out of consideration to all of our families, if your child has been sick during the night, please keep them home a day until you know they are healthy! Thank you for doing your part to keep everyone healthy!

For security reasons , all parents and visitors ARE REQUIRED to stop in the office before entering the hallways! Thank you for your cooperation!

Elementary Parent-Teacher Conferences  will be held February 18 and 20 from 5:00-8:15 pm. You will receive an email tomorrow with your schedule!

Middle School Parent-Teacher Conferences  The middle school teachers will send a Sign-Up Genius link via email  after  the elementary conference schedule is sent home. Middle School conferences are not mandatory; you will only be assigned a conference time  if  you sign up on the link! Specific information about how the sign-up will work will be communicated in the coming weeks.

Tuition Assistance for 2020-21  ACS participates in FACTS, a grant application program for our school. Completion of the FACTS application is a requirement for next year's enrollment if you are expecting a remaining balance at the end of the school year or you will be requesting tuition assistance. Families who wish to apply for tuition assistance will need to use the FACTS application format online at  https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3Z45H.  The application information will be easily accessible data from your 2019 tax return, along with financial accounts, and will require that copies of confirming tax documents be sent to the FACTS center. The FACTS organization will analyze the information of each applicant. They will provide our school with recommended grant amounts based on need and financial status. Parents who have children in more than one of the participating schools need only to fill out the application one time-the information will be available to other Christian schools where their children attend. Applications must be submitted by March 31, 2020. The application fee will be paid by the participating schools.

ACS is hosting a Robotics Club for students in grades 4-6. The Club will be held in March. Please see the enrollment form/sign-up document below. Enrollment forms are due February 26. Due to the large cost of starting a program and purchasing the equipment, the cost will be $25 per student. This will cover 8 sessions, which includes two Saturday sessions. ACS 3rd -5th grade Girls Volleyball Clinic! Friday, March 20: 3:30-5:30 and Saturday, March 21: 3:30-5:30.
This 2-day clinic will teach the basics of volleyball including passing, setting, serving, and hitting through drills and games. We will also learn the importance of communication and teamwork on and off the court! This clinic is open to 3rd through 5th grade girls at ACS. Register by emailing rjo5959@gmail.com by February 28. Allendale Christian School will be holding its 13th annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament on Pi Day - Saturday, March 14 - at Allendale High School!
