Florida Adds Vaping to Regulated Indoor Smoking
The Florida legislature recently amended the "Indoor Air: Tobacco Smoke" Act, ยง386.202 of the Florida Statutes, to restrict indoor vaping in addition to tobacco smoking in enclosed spaces.
