Valve and Valve Terminal Series VG
All-round talents for universal applications

The Series VG valves are small, compact and have high flow rates – available as individual valves or fieldbus-capable valve terminals with numerous pneumatic and electrical functions. Ideal for all price-sensitive applications.

The secret of the success of the VG series is on the inside thanks to the patented cartridge principle which makes the VUVG the most powerful valve in its class.

VUVG Valves
  • Compact and with high flow rates
  • Can be expanded into a valve terminal with an individual connection
  • 2x 3/2-way – one valve, two functions
  • Simple installation
  • Cost effective

VTUG with plug-in
  • All standard fieldbuses
  • IO-Link®
  • Many multi-pin variants
  • Up to 24 valve positions

Sanitary vs. Stainless Steel Conveyors
Know what you're getting before you buy
As companies scrutinize how to improve their food processing practices and stay ahead of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), installing new sanitary conveyors is often one of the conclusions they arrive at.

A common misconception is that all stainless steel conveyors are sanitary. When the FSMA was announced a few years ago, many companies went out and purchased stainless steel conveyors thinking they were going to get a high level of sanitary protection.

Multi-Power ®  Cylinders
Produce up to 20 tons of force with shop air
The Fabco-Air Multi-Power® Cylinders deliver forces equivalent to low pressure hydraulics using only shop air pressure, achieving forces from a few hundred pounds, to over 20 tons!

Multi-Power ®   has multiple pistons attached to a common rod with internal air passages thus allowing much higher forces without having to use a bulky, larger bore cylinder or high pressure hydraulics. Cylinders come in 2, 3 or 4 stages (pistons). Additional stages at lower pressures are available.

  • 10 Bore Sizes (1-1/8" to 12")
  • Strokes to 12"
  • Composite Rod Bearing for Longer Life
  • Air Service to 150 PSI
  • Available in 2, 3 or 4 Stages @ 150 psi additional stages at lower pressure available)

RG2 Collaborative Robot Gripper
Designed for seamless robot integration
The RG2 gripper is a collaborative End-of-Arm Tool designed for seamless integration with collaborative robot arms.

The RG2 gripper works without any external cables, so any robot movement can be carried out without worrying about cable placement. The movement and force of the RG2 gripper can be controlled by the user. The RG2 is capable of measuring the width of the object and detect if the object is grasped or not. All feedback signals are sent to the robot and can be used to make the robot act based on the inputs.

Customer Success Story: Rethink Robotics
Cobots provide flexible factory automation
Flexible factory automation is necessary for the survival of your manufacturing facility, not just its growth. But, like many manufacturers today, Plastic Molded Concepts (PMC) suffers from a revolving door syndrome – they cannot keep workers on the line.

This plastics injection molding manufacturer, has deployed Rethink Robotics’ Sawyer collaborative robot at its Eagle, Wis. facility to drive business growth and offer high quality jobs for workers.
