First Online Stated Meeting: Minister members, commissioners, and visitors are invited to register and take part in this stated meeting. We are planning new ways to do business and share the highlights of our mission and ministry together.
Presbytery Docket Deadline: September 15. Please submit reports and docket information to the Stated Clerk at sandra@staugpres.org.

Registration: All Teaching Elders and Commissioners must register for the meeting no later than noon on October 5. Click here to register. Zoom training sessions open to all participants will be scheduled in the week before the meeting (watch registration page for more information). 

Excuse Requests: Teaching Elders, Certified Christian Educators, Commission Chairs, and Ruling Elder Commissioners who are unable to attend must submit an excuse request to the Stated Clerk by email to sandra@staugpres.org or by phone at (904) 612-9766 (cell), or by mail.

Additional Commissioners*: Churches sending additional ruling elder commissioners for one year beginning in May 2020 (number in parentheses is total):

*Churches send additional commissioners to ensure that we have "parity" between teaching elder and ruling elder commissioners. The list changes each year at the Spring Stated Meeting.
