The INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter (CC) Board of Directors (BOD) needs your assistance and is seeking candidates to fill the following positions in 2020:
  • President-Elect: Term is 3 years (President-Elect, President and then Past President);
  • Secretary: Term is 2 years;
  • Programs Director: Term is 2 years; and Membership Director: Term is 2 years

Chesapeake Chapter sponsored Scholarship
Scholarship Applications for 2019 Academic Year are open. There are two INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter scholarships available: (1) The Chesapeake Chapter or Family Member Scholarship is available to members of the Chesapeake Chapter or family members of the Chesapeake Chapter member and (2) The Open Scholarship is available to all applicants. Interested Students are encouraged to submit to see if they qualify for scholarships being offered for the next Academic Year. Applications deadline is August 31, 2019.

On August 9, 2019 the INCOSE Chesapeake Chapter hosted the Tenth Annual Systems Engineering Professional Recognition Gala at the Garrett Jacobs Mansion- Engineers Club in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Chesapeake chapter came out in force to attend and participate in the 29th Annual INCOSE International Symposium down in sunny Orlando, Florida. The chapter once again received a Platinum Award for the fourth year in a row. 

On July 17, 2019, Ms. Caitlin Kenney, P.E., discussed how Earned Value Management (EVM) has been used successfully to measure how a project is doing and allows project managers to determine the risks associated with achieving the planned cost and schedule goals.
