February 2016 Laker E-ffect
Sault Ste. Marie has been blessed with a relatively mild winter so far. Not a ton of snow, no extended bitter cold. After the last couple winters we've had, we are ready for a break! Here's hoping I haven't tempted Mother Nature by calling attention to our relative balminess...

Did you get a postcard or email from LSSU Alumni Today?
The LSSU Alumni Association has joined with Harris Connect to produce an alumni directory. This directory will be a combination phone book and yearbook, featuring basic information about all alumni of LSSU, and for the first time ever, offering alumni the opportunity to submit a photo and short essay to be included in the publication. Most universities print directories periodically as it enables them to ensure that they have the most recent biographic, demographic and employment information about alumni in the official university database, and it gives alumni the opportunity to easily reconnect with their classmates and friends. Please call the number on the postcard and provide the information requested, knowing that this project is contracted by LSSU and Harris Connect is a trusted partner. If you have any questions or concerns about the directory project, contact Alumni Director Susan Fitzpatrick at sfitzpatrick@lssu.edu.
