Women in Construction Peer Networking Event - Cooking Demonstration 

We're Cooking Up Something Great for our Next Event!  

Please join us for this event with our new Women in Construction peer networking group.  Network with other local women in the construction industry, enjoy food and drinks and share your ideas for the future of this group.  

This one includes a Whole Food Plant Based Eating Cooking Class by local Chef Liza Naylor of Locally Seasoned!

• What you want to have in your pantry
• Shopping in the stores
• Meal prep tips
• Healthy dessert ideas
• Buddha Bowl - what it is and why it's a stable for whole food plant based eaters
• Recipes included for you to try at home afterward
• Buddha Bar Dinner (variety of plant based proteins, pre-made grains and salads, toppings and sauces to try plus fruit salad and dessert)

EVERY woman in the construction industry is welcome - from CFOs to Presidents to secretaries to saleswomen to architects to engineers to lawyers to insurance brokers to project managers to laborers to subcontractors to owners and everyone in between!  ASA Members and Non-Members welcome.
