A few quick tips:
1. If you're interested in gaining muscle mass increase your protein and decrease your carbohydrates.
2. A good source of a complex carbohydrate would be sweet potatoes, brown rice, and quinoa.
3. Increasing your cardiovascular time to 30 minutes can help shed excess adipose throughout the body and keep the heart in great shape.
