Items Needed

We would like to offer wrapped gift boxes this year at the fair for sale. We are asking for good quality wrapping paper. i.e; Christmas, Wedding, Birthday and also boxes with lids.

We are looking for donations of all kinds; pies, cakes, cupcakes, breads, jellies or jams and special family recipe type baked goods. Use your imagination. Sign up sheets are located on the Harvest-Yuletide Fair table down in the Main Hall.

Sign-up to contribute your time ( its part of your stewardship for our mission) on Friday 11/8 or Saturday 11/9 or both on the sign-up sheets on the Harvest-Yuletide Fair table down in the Main Hall.

Unopened gifts not being used are great raffle items for our raffle table. We will be having a children’s and Adult age raffle tables this year at the Fair.

Indicate on the donation sheets* on the Harvest-Yuletide Fair table down in the Main Hall what you can donate to the Fair

Since we are anticipating outside vendors to participate this year. The locations for First Congregational Church Booths may change or be resized to fit all the wonderful food and gift items we will offer. The number of donations to a “Booth” will help us decide.

If you know of outside vendors that may be interested in participating in this year’s Fair they can contact the office and leave a message with Heather or secretary.

Invite a friend to the fair lunch! Advertise and talk it up on your Face Book page or the social media source that you enjoy.
