Tips from the PAs

Anfernee and Drew, the ever-present Project Assistants of New Student & Leadership Programs, are back with more tips on how to make your Tulane transition a momentous occasion!
  • Challenge yourself! Engage in areas outside your comfort zone. You never know what you can learn from the experience. Change is normal and exciting!
  • Recharge! If you need a moment to get your bearings and refocus, by all means, take your time. Stay hydrated, enjoy the food, and breathe! Just remember that when you step out, you have to step back in.
  • Connect! There are so many people with so many stories all around you, so be sure to take some time to listen. Make space for others to be included in the space, too!
  • Reach out! If you need something, have a question, or just want someone to talk to, feel free to reach out to us and your Tulane community. We really are here to help!
  • Own it! Be yourself, and be proud of who you are. Strut your stuff across campus, and make this an experience only you can have.
