52 Ways Kids Like to Receive a Blessing

My family is willing to listen when I am wrong and are always willing to forgive me.

Adjusting Your Child's Sleep Schedule for School

Hot Lunch Ideas for Back to School

Another question parents have regarding back to school is, "What do I pack in my child's lunchbox?". That's a tough one. Healthy snacks like fresh fruits and veggies are important. But a warm entree like mac-n-cheese or chicken nuggets will help keep your child's belly full for the long day. A quick tip is to prep the thermos with hot water inside the empty thermos for a few minutes, dump out the water, and immediately add the hot entree, to keep it warm until lunchtime.  Click here for more recipes and tips.
