Rethinking Sex Addiction - An Introduction to a Sexual Health Approach

Michael Vigorito, LMFT, CGP, CST is a sexual health consultant, author, and psychotherapist. As a consultant, Vigorito trains behavioral health providers to integrate sexual health into their systems of care through routine sexual health screenings, sexual risk-reduction counseling, and culturally competent interventions. As a clinician, Vigorito developed, supervised, and conducted psychotherapy in behavioral health programs that treated substance addiction, mental illness, and HIV/AIDS. He co-designed a sexual health assessment and treatment protocol with Douglas Braun-Harvey that was published in Treating Out of Control Sexual Behavior - Rethinking Sex Addiction (2016) (Winner of the Society for Sex Therapy & Research 2018 Health Professional Book). Mr. Vigorito provides individual, couples, and group psychotherapy in his Washington, D.C. private practice.

Early registration is $15.00 until September 20th. During the week of the event, registration is $20.00. The cost includes breakfast, training and 2 CEUs.
