As we navigate through our new normal of virtual learning and living at a distance, we understand our schools are facing many new challenges. Entourage is committed to making your yearbook process as simple and easy as possible with the use of new resources and technology!

As the end of the school year approaches, you may be thinking 'I need more time to make my yearbook!'. No worries, here at Entourage you have complete flexibility with your final approval deadline and it can be changed at anytime.

In this hint you will learn how to change your final approval and delivery date and use our delivery date calculator to determine the best time to approve your yearbook.

LINK yearbooks is a digital yearbook platform that allows you to interact with your yearbook on all your smart devices.

Users can view yearbooks, and sign each other’s yearbooks all online!

For more information about LINK yearbooks:

To change your target delivery date and subsequently move your approval date, navigate to Manage Account from the Manage Tab on the top toolbar.
From here you can change your delivery, book quantity, and page count.
Standard turn time is 3 weeks plus shipping, but this can vary.
Using the Delivery Calculator:
Use our delivery date calculator to see when you will receive your book depending on the date you approve for production.
To use the delivery calculator, navigate to Manage Deadlines from the Manage Tab on the top toolbar of the website.

Scroll down to the Final Approval line and click the blue Check Delivery Options button.
