Only a week left to make reservations for a special setting, extraordinary Surf & Turf dinner, sparkling cocktail and selected dinner wines, mouth watering desserts, AND dancing to music by the EPC Jazz Group. Great atmosphere, great dinner & wine, great friends, and great music....what could be better!!! Click the image for a downloadable PDF and then pick up that phone and call Sheila to make your RSVP!
Volunteering
at ABYC is a great way to meet new people, hang-out with friends, learn new skills, and help run topnotch events for which ABYC is famous – all while having fun! Many of our volunteer opportunities revolve around regattas and social activities. Here are some great opportunities to get involved at ABYC in the next couple months:
- 2/29-3/1 Manning Series - Jorge Suarez - (jorgesuarez0@yahoo.com)
- 3/7 Cal 20 Bring a Junior Regatta - Jeff Ives - (ivesjeff@yahoo.com)
- 3/20-3/22 Laser Midwinters West - Ed Spotskey - (espotman@aol.com)
Please feel free to reach out to the individuals above if you are interested in helping on any of these events. If you have any questions about volunteering at ABYC, please contact our Director of Volunteers, Rob Stropky, at
rq_stropky@msn.com
or (562) 252-5321.
Our
Social Advisory Committee
and
Race Management
teams are always welcoming new volunteers as well. You can join them next Wednesday evening, February 12th, on the second deck and see if it's a fit for you. SAC meets at 6:00PM and RM at 7:00PM.
Enjoy the weekend,
