We know many of you enjoy reading the thoughts sipra shares in our newsletter, including people who can't make it to the studio for one reason or another. If this content is valuable for you and you'd like a way to support the studio, we're happy to announce our new
Patreon account. Patreon makes it easy to support creators with recurring payments of your choice – as little as $1 a month.
This is an experiment and a work in progress. We'll be sharing sipra's newsletter articles and wellness tips, and perhaps some new videos. We also hope to restart sipra's series of commentaries on the Yoga Sutras. Let us know what kinds of content you'd like to see.
Supporting YWB on Patreon is entirely optional but very much appreciated.

We also have some potential classes we are considering for the future, and we would like your feedback.
- Would you attend an early morning (6:00 AM) class on Tuesdays with Kris, for a Vinyasa class?
- Would you be interested in a children's yoga class, and, if so, what would be a good day and time? Mondays from 3:30 to 4:15? Classes would be for children ages 5 to 7, and 8 to 11 years old. (4 class series)
Please email us if either of these possibilities are of interest.
