Celebrate Christmas with Christian Women in Media
December Zoom Event Features Best-Selling Author
November 30, 2021 – Dallas, TX. – Christian Women in Media (CWIMA) members will get together on Zoom Thursday, December 16th for a special Christmas Connect Event. The event will take place at Noon CST/10:00 a.m. PST/1:00 p.m. EST/7:00 p.m. GMT.
The keynote speaker is Best-Selling Author and Publisher, Mary Hollingsworth. Hollingsworth will be sharing about her new book, The First Time Authors Survival Guide: Everything You Need to Know about Publishing but Didn’t Know to Ask. Hollingsworth is the author of more than one-hundred-twenty Christian books, which have appeared on bestseller lists more than one-hundred times. Three of her books have sold more than one-million copies each, and total sales of her books is now approaching eight-million copies. Hollingsworth has won several literary awards including Howard Books/Simon & Schuster’s Spiritual Development Award, the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association Gold Book Award (twice), and the ECPA Platinum Book Award (twice). Hollingsworth is an upbeat Speaker, Bible teacher and Singer. Janet Broling will share an inspirational message at the December Connect. Broling is the Co-founder of Global7tv with Enkeleda Shelburne and has a book being released by Christmas called Inquiry into Majesty, based on the gospel of John. She is also the author of What Can One Woman Do: The Historic New York City Prayer Summits. Broling organized two Prayer Summits in 1997 and 1998 in The Theatre at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The worship will be led by Marina McLean. McLean, Vice-President of Operations for Christian Women in Media, is a keynote speaker, recording artist, songwriter and award-winning author. She has shared messages in twenty-five countries and has released three worship albums: In the Glory, Synchronized and Encounter with Worship.
