We have faced a unique set of challenges over the last year as a Continuum of Care. We are so grateful for each and every one of our partner agencies, as well as all of the staff and frontline workers, who have remained committed to serving our unhoused neighbors. Thank you!
Since last March, we have helped:

549 households secure temporary/non-congregate shelter, approximately 139 Veteran hotel stays and 410 Non-Veteran hotel stays.

106 households to have move-in dates through the PSH/RRH programs after their hotel stays ended, equaling 78 Veteran programs and 28 Non-Veteran programs.

366 move-ins to become reality as we continue to house people throughout the pandemic. Across all of the PSH/RRH programs, this equates to approximately 222 Veteran programs, and 143 Non-Veteran programs.
