SAINT MARK'S MISSION & OUTREACH
COVID-19 UPDATE: Limited In-Person Worship Update & Registrations
We are so happy to once again welcome people into our 9:30 a.m. Sunday liturgy, in-person. Space will be limited due to safety requirements (we are not going above 25% capacity within our worship space at this time). We do plan to continue our online virtual worship and other offerings for the foreseeable future. This means that people will still be able to participate via Zoom or Facebook Live.

We are also offering in-person worship at our Thursday 11 a.m. Eucharist. We hope these two opportunities, Thursdays and Sundays make it possible for more of our membership to attend church weekly at our limited in-person worship opportunities.

Reservations can be made on a week-to-week basis here: https://stmarksabq.org/online. At this time, we are limited to 20 households worshipping at one time. We realize that there will be times that demand exceed availability and ask that our community be patient with us, and one another, as we endeavor to share the available spots with one another to ensure that all who desire to attend in-person services during this time of reduced capacities are able to do so. Once registered, we ask that you arrive early so that your group may be seated no later than 9:15 for Sunday liturgies and no later than 10:45 a.m. for Thursday Eucharists.

A few reminders about our COVID-19 Safety Practices for Worship:
  • Check-in/Temperature Check is required for contact tracing purposes.
  • Masks are required during worship.
  • Please sit in your assigned seat– (pew pads indicate the section open for seating)
  • No congregational singing is allowed at this time (soft humming or whispered singing while masked is permitted).
  • Passing of the Peace must be conducted in non-contact ways.
  • Communion in one kind (bread only) and will be brought to where you are seated.
  • We ask that you resist gathering in groups before or after service inside the building.
  • An outdoor, socially-distanced coffee hour will be available in the Fish Garden, weather permitting.

Sign up for Supplies for Eastertide Wreaths
How are you marking the 40-days of Lent? How will you mark the 50-days of Easter? This year we are inviting all members of St. Mark's to mark the 50 days of Easter by lighting candles on an Eastertide Wreath and reading the Acts of the Apostles. As part of St. Mark's Easter Household Deliveries, we will be delivering basic supplies for an Eastertide Wreath (a silver tray and tea light candles). We have also procured enough supplies for a limited number of households (~45) to receive a set of colored glass votive candle holders to use for their Eastertide Wreath. If you would like to receive colored glass votive candle holders for use with your Eastertide Wreath, please take a moment to sign up here before April 1st, and we will include them in your Holy Saturday bag (supplies permitting).

Zoom Meeting ID: 510 932 1315
As we move through seasons in the natural world, so too we move through seasons of remembrance after the death of a loved one. At least four times each year, St. Mark’s hosts a virtual gathering for everyone who wishes to gather to share prayers and memories of departed loved ones. All are welcome. For more information or to RSVP, contact Mother Sylvia via email.
Praying the Stations of the Cross
Many people find it meaningful to pray the Stations of the Cross in Lent. You are welcome to come pray the Stations of the Cross (or simply sit in silence) in the Nave during Lent on Wednesdays, anytime between 11AM-2PM (ring the doorbell for entry). You may also pray the Stations from home using the images and audio files found here.

Also, on Wednesdays during Lent, between 12-1, we will have Meditation Hour. All are welcome to come and do stations of the cross at any time, but this hour will additionally offer quiet meditation with periodic flute sounds.

Anyone is welcome to schedule an appointment to do Stations of the Cross outside of the Wednesday hours by calling the office Monday-Thursday, 9-2: (505) 262-2484.
