Coming on the heels of the recent state budget process that labeled lawyers and lobbyists as bad actors and last year’s effort to upend the short-term lending industry, now, the legislature has set their sights on the sun lamp tanning industry as well as the vaping industry.
Ohio's minimum wage is scheduled to increase on January 1, 2020, to $8.70 per hour for non-tipped employees and $4.35 per hour for tipped employees. The minimum wage will apply to employees of businesses with annual gross receipts of more than $319,000 per year. For more information,
