The aim of this newsletter is to help us better utilize the technology tools we have. Look for these emails every month!

Students

Student Home Button

Did you know? Students have a Home Button too? Students can click the home button on the top left of their browsers (picture of a house) to have quick access to student resources. Read more about Ingenium's Home Button

Teachers

Student Demographics Available on PowerTeacher

Did you know? Yes we all know we take attendance using PowerTeacher . But did you know you can pull student contact information (e.g. Parent / Guardian names, Phone #s, parent emails and student emails, etc.) by clicking on the Student Info button (picture of a graduation cap)? Staff

The Ingenium Service Catalog

Did you know? All staff can visit our service catalog to request service items such as Technology hardware or Software (Trello accounts, PowerSchool accounts, etc.) and marketing materials. In the future, the service catalog will be expanded to include additional service items such as curricular resources, HR service requests, and even facilities requests. Did you know? There are a ton of resources in our Ingenium Solutions Guides at our Help Desk. To visit our helpdesk, simply click the Home Button on your browser. Click "Help Desk" and enter your search term in the box that appears.
