Dear JSRF Friends,
We commemorated the 10th anniversary of Jeremy's passing with a record number of teen sponsorships. As of September 2019 Jeremy's Foundation sponsored a total of
195 teens, with a record breaking
52 teens this year alone! Remember, our initial goal was to sponsor one teen per year.
Whenever teens are vetted we like to learn about each individual and their family life. Some of our teens struggle with extremely complicated home environments, as well as anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, poverty, trauma and gender identity.
Furthermore, most struggle with day-to-day pressures of simply being a teenager. This is why JSRF focuses on giving adolescents a way to get out of their day-to-day routine to find hope, and promote positive change in healthy environments.
JSRF is extremely proud of the variety of opportunities that were afforded to the 52 teens this year - especially a life changing experience for 25 teens to participate at
Carnegie Hall in New York City!
We also sponsored teens of active military and Veteran families vetted by Salute, Inc., while honoring the memory of Jeremy's brother, Jean.
Our teens also enjoyed resident and day camps in several different states including: IL, WI, NH, IN, and TX. They attended spiritual retreats, and participated in High School sport camps such as: football, soccer, wrestling, cross-country, and basketball. Lastly, in collaboration with Chicago Jesuit Academy we co-sponsored a two-week course at the Sotheby's Institute of Art in New York City!
We couldn't do what we do without the tremendous support that we receive from our JSRF family. Thank you for helping us make a difference in the lives of the JSRF teens!

On Friday, October 11th at 5:30 PM come experience Christmas magic at Treetime with our Oktoberfest celebration!
Before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season join us for a night of beer, brats, wine, and music while shopping to help teens Experience Hope. Tickets are only $30 and include: beer, brats, wine, and music! All proceeds benefit JSRF and Treetime will also donate 10% of all sales.
