with updated information on our opening!
There is a slight
modification to our Facebook Live schedule
. Next week Jen and I will be going live on Wednesday, June 17 at 10 a.m. We hope you'll join us!
Even as we open, the corona virus continues to have an impact around the world, we feel it is important to let you know what steps we are takOur ing to help keep you and us healthy and safe.
While we have always adhered to the highest cleaning standards, we have added extra procedures that adhere to the new CDC, state and local guideline as well as those recommended by hospitality industry experts.
How things will be different:
- Check-in will be "no touch" Unfortunately we won't be able to hug you or shake your hand, but we can do an elbow bump. You won't need to sign anything; we will go over all the information we have.
- We will charge your balance the day before your arrival. If you need to update or change your credit card, please call us two days before arrival.
- We will be maintaining appropriate physical distancing (at least 6 feet) and wearing face masks. The state requires you too also.
- Upon check-in you will be given a "menu" to order yo ur breakfast the following morning. you will need to fill it out and return it to us by 9pm.
- Your breakfast will be delivered to your room or he front porch at the time you requested. On the tray will be an order form for the following morning
- Coffee will be available throughout the day, by request, as will ice. The guest pantry will remain closed until further notice.
- Housekeeping will not be provided on stays of fewer than 5 nights. We will provide you with any supplies you need - just call. You will be asked to bag the towels you wish replaced, tie the bag and put it outside your room. Then please call us with what you need.
- Rooms will be left unoccupied at least 24 hours before and after each guest.
- Common areas will be cleaned, disinfected and sanitized frequently. High touch areas such as door knobs and bannisters will be cleaned even more frequently by staff.
Don't forget that we will be offering picnic lunches and dinners to go or to eat here on the lawn on the porches or in your room.
