The Central City Association held a Candidate Forum for those running in Los Angeles City Council District 14. BIA-LAV attended and had the opportunity to hear from former Senate Pro Tem, Kevin DeLeon and LAUSD Board Member, Monica Garcia. Both are running to fill the 14th District Council seat, currently held by Councilman Jose Huizar. The primary election is on March 3rd.
