Course Description:
Interpersonal communication is the process that we use to communicate our thoughts, ideas, and feelings to another
person. It's about building relationships with others through communication. You do this by understanding the other
person's situation, communicating in the right manner, and influencing the other person to listen or take
action as needed. Doing all of this effectively is key, so in this course, we'll talk about how to listen well, be respectful,
properly respond, acknowledge others, ask questions, and use silence effectively.
