UPDATE 2019-2020 Council Awards Delivery
United States and Canadian Star Council Awards for the 2019-2020 Fraternal Year have shipped as of this week (9-30-2020). Remaining council awards (Columbian, Fr. McGivney, Founders and Combination Awards) will continue to ship throughout the early weeks of October. Adjusted awards will begin to be shipped after these initial award orders are complete. In almost all instances, council award shipments will be received by their respective district deputies. General Agents will receive awards if a council earned the Founder's Award only. Any award appeals should be submitted by the State Deputy to fraternalmission@kofc.org.
Submission of Fraternal Programs Report Form (#10784)
Beginning this fraternal year, Form #10784 can only be submitted online. The process is easy and straight forward. Watch this short video tutorial for a step-by-step walkthrough.
WebbMason Supply Charges
WebbMason /Supplies Online currently only accepts payment by credit. In the event your supplies are charged to your council or assembly by the allowed officer (GK, FS, FN, NC), payment must be made to the Supreme Council (Council Accounts). Councils and Assembly statements received from the Supreme Council will only show the invoice number, so it is important for the person who ordered the supplies to share the contents of their invoices with the other officers and the audit committee.
Membership Growth
Register! Extending Fr. McGivney's Invitation
The Order that Fr. McGivney invited men to join 138 years ago is the same one we’re inviting men to be a part of today – an organization that cares for the most vulnerable, that cares about Catholic families. Join us Oct 15 at 8:00 PM EDT to learn more about how sharing Father McGivney’s story can help grow your council.
Promote the Orderwide Exemplification on Nov. 1
In honor of the beatification of our founder, we are encouraging all state and local councils to participate in an Orderwide Exemplification day on Sunday, Nov. 1. As many jurisdictions begin holding in-person ceremonies, we will follow up with best practices and information on how you can host your own Exemplification while adhering to social distancing and COVID guidelines. In addition, the Supreme Council will host virtual degrees on Nov. 1, in English, French & Spanish. Click to download updated invitations in all three languages.

NOTE: Councils must file a form 100 for all candidates who complete an online exemplification. For clarification on the difference between the On-Demand Ceremony and Online Membership (Online Join), click here.
UPDATED New Member Ceremonial Certificate Released
The Supreme Council has released a new series of ceremonial certificates, featuring an image of Fr. Michael J. McGivney. The certificates are numbered 11091, 11092 and 11093, and are now available to be ordered in Supplies Online. These certificates are customizable within the Supplies Online application, so that you can order certificates pre-printed with your candidates’ name, and are also available as a high resolution download, so that you can print the certificates yourself. Certificate 11091 is used when there is no honoree, 11092 can have an honoree added, and 11093 is in honor of the beatification of Fr. McGivney.
