Please read this entire email carefully as it contains MANDATORY information for volunteering with Autism Cares Foundation.

Let's begin with THANK YOU!!!!!

The nearly 200 events offered by Autism Cares Foundation each year can only be accomplished through our many volunteers. We are able to serve more than 5,000 people annually because of our generous donors and YOU , who bring every event to life!

It is important that we have accurate information about our volunteers. Sometimes donors require general data about our volunteers - how many volunteers and how many hours are volunteer supported each year. We also need to be able to provide general information about percentages - what county do most of our volunteers come from, what is the average age of our volunteers, etc. We will NEVER share your personal information, this is used to collect general information.

Beginning with our Fall events, all ACF volunteers will be required to complete the attached application, which Includes a Code of Conduct and a Waiver.

For those age 17 and under, you will need a parent/guardian to complete the application with you as a minor. Please click here for the application - ACF Under Age 17 Volunteer Form

For those 18 and older, you will need to complete the application and apply for clearances. This is for your safety, as well as that of our participants. Please click here for the application - ACF Over Age 18 Volunteer Form. Information about the clearances can be found on the application.

The application will only take a few minutes to complete and once you hit the submit button, it will reach us automatically. Applications should be completed as soon as possible.

For those over age 18 who will need to secure clearances, please complete your application as soon as possible and begin the process with your clearances.

Please note, applications and clearances will be required beginning October 18, 2019.

Once again, on behalf of all of the families we serve, thank you for all you have done in the past and continue to do to bring socialization, kindness and acceptance to our kids.

If you have any questions, please contact Jacqui Makowski at jmakowski@autismcaresfoundation.org

Thank you so much!
