Child Care Aware of NH powered by Southern New Hampshire Services is excited to offer a Training Institute specific for family child care providers! Please join us for our 2 nd  Annual Family Child Care Training Institute. This year, Luis Hernandez will be joining us to discuss A Pep in Our Step: Exercising Our Professional Skills.
In this interactive session for the leader within each of us, we will refresh the passion for our meaningful work with children and families. We'll start by defining the importance of our professional work and the impacts and differences we make every day. As professionals, we will discuss the importance of continuous learning and the spark of curiosity . We will also delve into the importance of confidence and the lessons of resiliency during difficult situations . Then, we will create a sense of community, networking and problem solutions through team building exercises. Most importantly, we'll consider taking steps to be fearless as part of professional growth . The overall intent is to inspire and motivate our abilities as family child care providers to reflect and exercise solution approaches while refreshing the purpose for our work.
