~We are Called~
September 16, 2019
From the Desk of Ellen Knippel, Principal

Dear Parents,
Our first MAP tests for the year are behind us. Teachers will send those results home to you soon. They will be using these results to guide instruction for your child. We are very fortunate to get specific results in a variety of areas to aide us in differentiating instruction for your child!

This week on Wednesday, grades 5K-8 will be heading to St. John Vianney for Mass with Padre Joe. Wear your mission shirts! For those of you new to our school, Padre Joe is the Pastor of Santisimo Sacramento parish in Piura, Peru - which is our sister parish. We look forward to Padre Joe's yearly visit to our parishes.  Mass will begin around 9:15am. Please join us if you are able.  He will also be celebrating the liturgy with us at St. Anthony this weekend.

Finally, service is an important part of our faith here at St. Anthony. As outlined in our policy handbook, parents are asked to commit to 40 hours of volunteer time each school year. We offer many opportunities for working parents and stay-at-home parents. Check out our new volunteer page for suggestions.

Blessings!

Mrs. Ellen Knippel
