This month's theme: Rising above adversity and empowering women through art. All media accepted, 2D + 3D.
One entry per artist. Female artists only.
 
EXHIBIT JUDGE: Deborah Rolig  
Prizes awarded for first place: $150, second place: $100, third place: $75, and 3 honorable mentions.
 
DROP OFF: Sunday Sept 29 from 2-4PM, Monday Sept 30 from 10AM-12PM 
PICK UP: Sunday Oct 27 from 2-4PM, Monday Oct 28 from 10AM-12PM 
 
ENTRY FEE: $10 for members, $15 for non members 
 
EXHIBIT DATES: Sept 30-Oct 26, 2019 
with opening reception on First Friday Oct 4, 5-9PM * special extended hours*
ELIGIBILITY: Artist must be 18 years or older and may submit one piece of original artwork. Female artists only. Work must be never before shown at an ALOC judged show. All hanging artwork must be securely framed and properly wired for hanging. The maximum outside frame dimensions may not exceed 32"x40". Please click here for complete entry requirements 
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The ALOC has the right to refuse any artwork that does not meet its exhibit criteria. Artwork will be displayed on a space available basis.

The Art League of Ocean City is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the visual arts to the community through education, exhibits, scholarship programs and public service projects. Financial support comes primarily through membership dues from individuals and corporate partners. Funding is also provided by the Worcester County Arts Council, Maryland State Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts, organizations dedicated to cultivating a vibrant cultural community where the arts thrive.
