Patterson-Woods Principal, Chris Moore, CCIM, recently represented the buyer, Yada Properties, of New Jersey, in the purchase of a 42,048 sq. ft., 42-unit apartment building at 521 N King Street. The property, which was most recently used for student housing, was sold by Delaware College of Art & Design (DCAD). The new owners plan to renovate the building in 2021.
