Grace La Gracia
33 Church Street White Plains, NY 10601
If you are visiting with us for the first time, we welcome you to Grace Church!
Our liturgy is found in the Book of Common Prayer.
Our communion is open to all baptized Christians.
Please take the time to fill out one of our visitor cards which the ushers have available.
Your presence is a blessing to us may our worship together be a blessing to you.
As Jesus came out of the temple and was going away, his disciples came to point out to him the buildings of the temple. Then he asked them, “You see all these, do you not? Truly I tell you, not one stone will be left here upon another; all will be thrown down.”
When he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will this be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” Jesus answered them, “Beware that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Messiah!’ and they will lead many astray. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not alarmed; for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places: all this is but the beginning of the birthpangs.”
Matthew 24:1–8

Creative Ways of Giving to Grace Church
There are many ways in which you can support our parish. Most people think in terms of giving to the Sunday plate offering or making an annual pledge. And those are important. However, there are other ways to give; for example, your family could give non-cash items such as real estate, automobiles, fine art or publicly traded securities such as stocks or bonds. In addition, you may consider including Grace Church in your estate planning. Please know that any offering that you are able to give Grace Church is truly appreciated. You are important to Grace Church. If you have any questions, please contact our office. Thank you. Fr. Chip
Grace Church Needs One Diocesan Convention Alternate Delegate
Every year Grace Church sends several delegates (representatives) to the diocesan convention. After following our by-law process, we still have one outstanding Alternate Delegate position available. The alternate delegate attends the convention, enjoys community and food gatherings, educational events and learns more about our diocese; however, as an alternate, does not vote on the diocesan issues in discussion.
This year's convention is being held at the Westchester Marriott Convention Center in Tarrytown all day Friday and Saturday (Nov. 8th and 9th).
If you have interest in becoming this alternate delegate, then please submit your name to our office administrator by September 20th. If more than one person is submitted, a random draw will select the candidate.

Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) ( https://www.bsfinternational.org/ ) is a global community of men, women and children who seek to know God as He has revealed Himself, in His Word – the Bible. In BSF, through personal study, combined with weekly group discussion, recorded live lecture and insightful notes, you will have the opportunity to discover who GOD says that He is and the relevance that His truths have in your life.

This year, we will do a study called “Acts and the Letters of the Apostles” where our lessons will do a deep dive into the books of Acts, Hebrews, 1 Corinthians, 1 Peter, 1&2 Thessalonians and James.

A new BSF Satellite Discussion Group will meet, right here, at Grace Episcopal Church, on Wednesday evenings from 7:15pm-8:45pm.
